Otis Fiber Construction Begins!
Otis Fiber has finally been given approval by Verizon and Eversource to start construction on the pilot phase of the project. You will see construction progressing on the electronics hut connected to the East Otis Firehouse and will soon see trucks stringing fiber down Pine Road. We expect this to begin by the first week of December. The plan is to have fiber connected to all residences in this area. You do not need to sign up for service to have fiber attached to your house but if you do not want fiber attached you must let us know as soon as possible by completing an application and selecting “I do not want fiber to my house.” If you have any questions please feel free to call at 413-297-8135 or submit your questions at www.otisfiber.com, or email bhiller@otisfiber.com.
